Includes Forum sessions Monday-Wednesday, single-user access to the online conference proceedings, exposition, welcome reception, Tuesday and Wednesday lunches.                                        

Full-Time Graduate or PhD Student
Includes Forum sessions Monday-Wednesday, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Graduate or Ph.D rate, registrant must be enrolled in at least 9 credits of Graduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Full-Time Undergraduate
Includes Forum sessions Monday-Wednesday, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Undergraduate rate, registrant must be enrolled in at least 12 credits of Undergraduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Full-Time Retiree

  • The Standard member registration period lasts from 19 June through 11 July 2018.
  • Onsite Registration begins on 8 July 2018.
  • AIAA/IEEE Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium (EATS) on 12 July 2018 from 0700-1100 hrs in the Duke Energy Center.
