Rising Leaders in Aerospace LogoThis is a special initiative that provides a forum for young aerospace leaders, age 35 and under, to learn from and engage with others.

The multidimensional program features a speed mentoring leadership exchange, panel or keynote sessions, Q&A with top industry leaders, and multiple opportunities for networking. This exciting and energetic forum will provide access to top aerospace leaders and their perspectives, with subject matter relevant to your career stage.

RLA Dessert Reception

This reception kicked off the Rising Leaders in Aerospace events and was a perfect opportunity for young leaders to mingle with others that that will be participating at Propulsion and Energy as an attendee, presenter, or veteran professional. 

Rising Leaders of Aerospace Leadership Exchange/Speed Mentoring
Senior members of corporations and AIAA took time to meet with the Rising Leaders in Aerospace participants and share their experiences in a speed mentoring session. Mentors included:

Rising Leaders of Aerospace Forum 360 Combined Session This session will begin with Rex Geveden speaking about Seven Career Hacks for Professional Success. After that, Mr. Geveden will moderate a round table discussion of professionals describing their own challenges and successes in the workplace. There will be time for a question and answer period.
